The other day I was having lunch with a friend at this downtown restaurant. It was one of those cozy places that let you sit around and lounge all day long if you want. Then all of a sudden this guy started playing this really cool guitar music. And I mean really cool guitar music. It was like music I hadn’t heard before.
We asked him where he learned to play, and he said he learned at this guitar school downtown. It was only open on the weekends, and most of the classes were full, and had a full waiting list. They specialized in acoustic guitar lessons. I don’t know about you, but I have always wanted to play the guitar.

Watching a skilled guitarist completely dominate an audience is a fantastic event to behold. The way they seem connected to their guitar, as if they were born somehow attached to it. They seem to have a direct connection between their thoughts and the music blaring from the speakers.
Most of us, after watching such a performance, are inspired to learn the guitar. We want to make such beautiful music. We want to be the one up on stage drawing the admiration of all the fans. Of course, this is much harder than we’d like it to be. Most of us would simply like to pick up a guitar and start jamming right away. But when we realize that it requires time and effort, that is usually enough to stop us dead in our tracks.

I’ve been enjoying this guitar for a couple years now, and I have to point out that the Washburn d10sce is among the greater acoustic guitars I’ve enjoyed. I acquired one immediately after searching for a lot of favourable Washburn d10sce testimonials. I’ve had mine for three weeks and so far I’m very satisfied using it.
The folks from Washburn happen to be sweet enough to choose top quality materials for the d10sce. The actual top is solid spruce, while the back and sides are mahogany. The guitar’s neck is as well made from mahogany with a rosewood finger board on top. The finish is good and consistent however my own was built with a couple of insignificant nicks. In all probability it came from transporting, and luckily they aren’t anywhere that is noticeable.
